Okay, I’m going to say it: we’ve officially entered the protein-everything era. 😂

Protein yogurt. Protein cereal. Protein chips. Protein coffee.

At this point, I’m waiting for someone to launch protein water with 30g of whey. 😭

Don’t get me wrong — protein matters. A LOT. But when did “eat enough protein” become “everything you consume needs a protein label on it”?

And here’s the question I actually want to debate:

Are we genuinely becoming more health-conscious… or have food companies just found the perfect new word to make processed food look healthy?

Because putting “18g PROTEIN” on the front doesn’t magically erase everything else on the ingredient list.
