Drink plenty of water and electrolytes leading up to your session. However, stop drinking 10-12 hours before we begin. You want to arrive hydrated, but with an empty stomach.

To keep your energy clear and your body ready:
No Alcohol or Drugs: Essential for safety and clarity.
