A Tummy Tuck Doesn’t End in the Operating Room ✨

The first few weeks are about healing. Your abdomen may feel tight, swelling can change from day to day, and your results will take time to settle.

Your surgeon will give you a recovery plan based on your procedure. That may include how to care for your incision, when to wear compression, how much to walk, and when you can return to lifting or exercise. Feeling better doesn’t mean your body is fully healed, so follow your instructions and attend every post-op appointment.
