“Thinking about BBL or Moxi while breastfeeding? I usually tell my patients to wait—and here’s why.”
While BBL and Moxi don’t enter your bloodstream or breast milk, the bigger concern is your hormones. During breastfeeding, hormonal fluctuations can make your skin more reactive and unpredictable. You may be more prone to pigmentation, melasma flare-ups, or simply not get the results you’re hoping for.
These treatments are an investment, and I want you to get the best outcome possible. That’s why I generally recommend waiting until breastfeeding is complete and your hormones have stabilized.
A few extra months of waiting can often mean safer treatments and better results.
