💚 You Don’t Have to Go Through This Alone 💚

Struggling with your mental health can feel isolating, but you are not weak for feeling this way—and you don’t have to face it by yourself.

Talking to someone you trust can be a powerful first step toward feeling supported, understood, and less alone.

Whether it’s a friend, a family member, a colleague, or a mental health professional, opening up can help ease the weight you’re carrying. You don’t need to have the “right words” or all the answers—just starting the conversation matters.

If you’re finding things overwhelming right now, reaching out could make more difference than you realise.

Your feelings are valid, and help is available. 💬💚

Life skills aren’t taught all at once…they’re built slowly, over time.

From putting toys away, to cooking a full meal, to managing money and time.

Each stage of childhood brings new opportunities for growth.

But here’s the important part . . .
This isn’t a checklist to rush through.

It’s a guide.

Children develop these skills best when they feel:
✔️ Supported
✔️ Capable
✔️ Included in real life

Because confidence doesn’t come from being told what to do—
it comes from doing it alongside someone who believes in them.

So if your child isn’t doing everything on this list yet…
that’s okay.

đź’› Follow their pace.
đź’› Stay connected.
đź’› Invite them in.

That’s how life skills—and confidence—are built.

We must do better!

Two transgender teenagers from the same California high school have died by su***de less than a year apart, leaving their community in mourning. Summer Devi Mehta, 17, died on February 3, ten months after her classmate Ash He, 15. Both attended Palo Alto High School in the Bay Area.

Summer, a junior, reportedly left a note expressing hope that her death would bring attention to the su***de crisis affecting transgender youth. Her family described her as radiant, empathetic, and deeply caring, while acknowledging the challenges she faced as a transgender, autistic young woman.

In tribute, her family created a fundraising page supporting The Trevor Project, an organization focused on crisis intervention and su***de prevention for LGBTQ+ young people. They shared that while nothing can undo their loss, they hope it can inspire greater understanding and compassion.

This tragedy highlights the mental health struggles many transgender youth experience, particularly when facing stigma, isolation, or fear. Advocates continue to stress the importance of inclusive support systems at home, in schools, and within communities.
