I want to slow down and name what burnout can look like in real life.
For me, it moved fast. My nervous system couldnโt keep up. I hit that wall where my body said, enoughโfatigue, adrenal depletion, the feeling that one more step was beyond my capacity.
And hereโs the part that still gives me chills: sometimes the doorway back opens through the simplest question.
A friend asked me, โDidnโt you start off making jewelry for fun?โ
That question wasnโt small. It was a breadcrumb back to meaning.
Because holistic burnout healing is deeper than rest and recovery.
๐ Itโs nervous system wisdom.
๐ Itโs identity recalibration.
๐ Itโs remembering what you were creating before you started performing.
Spiritual burnout can feel like disconnection from your higher selfโlike purpose got buried under productivity.
๐ If youโre in that season, let this land: burnout is a signal. Itโs a sacred invitation to realign.
