In a study of more than 5,400 women ages 63–99, greater muscle strength was associated with up to a 37% lower risk of death, even after accounting for age, exercise levels, inflammation, and chronic disease.

The taste of summer, whipped. 🍍☀️

This Piña Colada Protein Whip is creamy, tropical, and made with Piña Colada Life Shake for a soft-serve-inspired treat.

Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen pineapple
• 1 small frozen banana
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 3 oz Greek yogurt
• 1 ½ scoops Piña Colada Life Shake

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or powerful blender. Blend until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Once the volume doubles or triples, pour into a container and freeze overnight. Before serving, thaw in the refrigerator for about 2 hours for a soft-serve-inspired texture.
