100% covered by Medicaid, GTG PPEC provides up to 12 hours of nursing care (Mon-Fri) for patients ages birth to 21 years. Our staff is comprised of a board-certified pediatrician, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and therapists (physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and behavioral).

• Our environment aims at being nurturing, educational, stimulating and socially- enhancing for the medically fragile.
• We are covered 100% by Medicaid for those who qualify for PPEC services.
• Private pay is also accepted

GTG PPEC is licensed by AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)

🥤💙 GTG Learning Week: Not All Liquids Are the Same!
For some children, the consistency of a liquid can make a big difference in swallowing safety. Nurses may prepare liquids to a prescribed thickness to help children manage drinks more safely and reduce the risk of aspiration.
From thin liquids to thicker consistencies, getting the texture just right is an important part of individualized care. 👩‍⚕️✨

What happens when the eyes can see, but the brain has difficulty processing what’s being seen? Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) can affect how a child recognizes, understands, and responds to visual information.
This Learning Week, we’re helping parents learn more about CVI, the signs to look for, and how the right environment and support can help children engage with the world around them. 💙

Communication starts **before the first spoken word**. From eye contact and gestures to AAC devices, pictures, sounds, and facial expressions, there are so many ways children can tell us what they want, need, and feel.
