And pretending this 10-minute drive is a luxury wellness retreat. 🚗✨😂

Motherhood, work, relationships, healing… sometimes your nervous system just says: “Do Not Disturb.”

And honestly? That silent car ride be feeling like a paid vacation. 😂

Because behind the smile is a story that deserves to be unpacked…
and I’m already mapping out the healing plan.
Self-sabotage.
Attachment wounds.
Low self-worth.
Boundaries (or lack of 👀).
That push & pull dynamic… yeah, we clocked that 🫰🏾

Yeee yeee skirt… hold up… drop that 🎶
→ drop the patterns
→ drop the survival modes
→ drop what’s no longer serving you

We’re not judging it…
we’re understanding it, processing it, and healing it 💚
And I can’t wait to walk that journey with you.

Because yes, I’m smiling…
but mama, we’re about to do some life-changing work.
