During National Neonatal Nurses Week, Sept. 12-18, we honor the nurses who care for some of our smallest patients while standing beside families through moments of hope, growth and important milestones.

For Ruby T., a NICU nurse with 29 years of experience, the connections she has made with babies and families have stayed with her long after they leave the NICU. Over the years, families have continued to share birthday photos, first-day-of-school pictures and graduation milestones, giving Ruby the special privilege of seeing just how far those once-tiny babies have come.

Today and everyday, we are grateful for Ruby and all of our neonatal nurses for the compassion, skill and steady presence they bring to babies and families every day.💚
