Summer is supposed to feel good.

But sometimes the habits that come with it can leave you feeling more tired, dehydrated, sluggish, and disconnected from your body.

You don’t need to avoid enjoying summer. You simply need to support your body while you do it.

Hydrate. Move. Eat well. Sleep. Recover. And actually listen to what your body needs.

❓Which summer habit are you ready to rethink?

What touches your body during your period matters 🩸.

I choose cotton-based period products when possible and avoid unnecessary plastic and added fragrances.

It’s one small swap, but being more intentional about what you use in and on your body is always worth it, not only for your health, but also for your pleasure.

Have you ever checked what your period products are made of?

Postpartum and constantly stretching your tight legs with little relief?

Here’s something many new moms don’t realize: after pregnancy, changes in your posture, pelvic position, core function, and movement patterns can make your quads feel tight or overworked.

If you retrain the muscles to hold the bones properly, then movement patterns won't contribute to that tension.

Try these quick postural shifts and focus on slow, controlled movement rather than forcing deep stretches.

Your body has been through a LOT. Give it the right support, not more stretching.

Save this for your postpartum movement routine and share it with a mama who needs it!

I used to think my hip pain was something I had to push through as a runner and dancer.

Stretch more. Train harder. Keep going.

But the more I ignored what my body was actually telling me, the more it compensated.

I eventually learned that healing wasn’t about doing more. It was about understanding how my hips, core, breath, posture, and movement patterns were working together.

That changed everything.

And it’s exactly why I created Built To Last™.

Inside the membership, you’d learn the same principles I used to rebuild my own body, so you can stop guessing, stop constantly pushing through discomfort, and understand how to support your body properly.

If you’re ready to stop fighting your body and start building one that can actually support you, comment BUILT below.

Your body doesn’t need another quick fix. It needs a plan you can build on.

So many moms are trying to heal with advice that was never designed to help them.

They're told to "just give it time."

To accept the leaking, the back pain, the weak core, and the feeling that their body will never be the same.

None of that has to be your story.

The truth is, your body isn't broken.

It simply needs the right support, the right movement, and the right guidance.

Healing isn't about getting your old body back.

It's about building a stronger one.

Which postpartum myth have you heard the most 👀?

My postpartum journey changed everything.

It didn't just change how I healed. It changed how I help women heal.

That's why I created Built To Last™. The same principles that helped me rebuild my body have helped so many women reconnect with theirs.

Don't spend another month trying to figure it out on your own.

💐That clean scent may not be as harmless as it smells.

Many scented household products contain added fragrance, which can contribute to unnecessary chemical exposure in your home.

One simple swap can help you create a lower-tox environment for you and your family.

Small changes add up.

What's one low-tox swap you've already made?

If your pelvic floor always feels tight, more strengthening isn't always the answer.

Sometimes, the first step is helping your body feel safe enough to let go.

A healthy pelvic floor isn't only strong: it's able to relax, lengthen, and work in harmony with your breath, core, and movement.

Try this simple release exercise and notice how your body responds.

Inside Built To Last™, I help women restore their core and pelvic floor through corrective exercise, breathwork, and movement that addresses the root cause, not the symptoms.

Ready to stop guessing and start healing?

Join Built To Last™ Membership through the link in my bio, or DM "HEAL" to see if it's the right fit for you.

Have you ever been told your pelvic floor might be tight rather than weak?

Healing diastasis recti isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right movements that help your core reconnect, rebuild strength, and support your body.

Here are 3 of my favorite DR-safe exercises to get you started. These are also great for ANYONE as most people aren’t engaging their core when they breathe.

Which one are you going to try first?
