Two procedures, one profile transformation. A rhinoplasty to reshape the nose and a fat graft to refresh the under eyes, working together for a result that reads younger and more balanced.

She wanted a smaller-looking nose without the dorsal hump, plus a lifted, more defined tip for a cleaner profile. On top of that, she wanted to bring life back to her under-eye area. The fat graft handles that part, replacing the volume that hollows out and shadows over time, which is what makes eyes look tired. Fill it back in and the whole face looks more rested.

This photo is at 5 months, and here’s the honest part. The nose is still refining. Rhinoplasty keeps subtly improving all the way out to 12 months as the last of the swelling resolves, so what you see now only gets sharper.

Recovery was straightforward. Mild to moderate soreness for 1-3 days and bruising for 1-2 weeks, then it clears.
