I prefer to be more conservative with on my patients and if need be add more during their follow up visit because once it’s been injected you have to wait it out

Like I’ve mentioned before, often times we can’t detect a vertically fractured tooth on an x-ray or even on a CT scan; in fact this particular tooth had two vertical fractures (one on each root) and despite visible radiographic changes that indicate a problem with said tooth the actual fractures are not readily visible…

This highlights the importance of the clinical exam and properly assessing all the symptoms the patient presents…
