She had been left with loose abdominal skin after previous liposuction. Lipo can reduce fat, but when the skin has lost elasticity, removing more fat alone won’t create a tighter result.

As part of this **Mommy Makeover, we performed a breast augmentation with Natrelle INSPIRA silicone implants**—275cc on the right and 310cc on the left. ✨

And no, using two different sizes isn’t a mistake. It’s the plan. 👌

Most patients have some natural asymmetry, so choosing the same implant for both sides isn’t always the best way to create balance. In this case, the different volumes helped improve symmetry while restoring soft, natural-looking fullness that fits her frame.

5 days post-op and our Pure girl Sam is back for her first check-in with Dr. Earle. 🥹✨

At this stage, it’s all about checking how she’s healing, managing swelling, making sure everything is progressing as expected, and answering those post-op questions that always come up once you’re actually in recovery.

It’s still VERY early, but the journey has officially begun. 👀
