Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on sacrifice, courage, and the enduring impact of those who chose to serve others before themselves.

At Riverside House, our Volunteer Program creates meaningful opportunities for community members to use their God-given gifts in a caring and supportive environment where every contribution is appreciated and valued. Through mentorship, spiritual support, special events, and direct service, volunteers help strengthen our mission and bring hope to those we serve.

We are grateful for the many pastors, church leaders, business owners, youth groups, program graduates, and community members who continue to pour into Riverside House with compassion and dedication.

A special thank you to Georgia Southern University and Cru at Georgia Southern for returning for the second time from May 16–19, 2026, to serve alongside our team and support our residents with compassion, encouragement, and care.
