You saw this case in Episode 5, a transmetatarsal amputation, and everything that came after it.

I want to show you where it ended up.

This wound took time. There were visits where I wasn’t sure how fast it would close, and visits where I could see it turning a corner.

Today, it’s fully healed.

I don’t post this to wrap things up neatly. Healing like this takes a patient who shows up, and a team that doesn’t stop paying attention. I’m just glad I get to share the after.
