Success is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by the impact we leave behind.

Every operation is an opportunity to improve. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Every surgeon we mentor is an opportunity to multiply our impact.

The pursuit of excellence never ends.

And always remember that our greatest responsibility is to use the gifts God has given us to serve others. 🙏🏼

Ever wondered what gallstones actually look like? 👀🪨

In this surgery, we opened the gallbladder to show you a close-up of what we found inside.

Gallstones develop when the gallbladder stops functioning and the cholesterol in the gallbladder crystallizes and forms into stones. 🔍

Ever wondered what’s actually removed during a sleeve gastrectomy? 👀

During this procedure, approximately 75–80% of the stomach is removed, leaving behind a smaller, sleeve-shaped stomach.

The result? Less capacity, earlier fullness, and important hormonal changes that can help support significant, long-term weight loss and improved metabolic health.

Here’s a closer look at what we removed during today’s surgery. 🩺
