One of the biggest misconceptions about lower blepharoplasty is thinking that every under-eye concern can be solved with lower bleph alone.

In reality, many patients also have midface descent, volume loss, poor skin quality, or structural support changes that contribute to the tired appearance. In those cases, removing fat alone may actually make the eyes look more hollow and aged over time.

This is why a proper evaluation matters. The under-eye area should never be treated in isolation, it has to be analyzed as part of the entire facial structure to create results that look natural, balanced, and age well.

Effectively securing boundaries in breast surgery is paramount to achieving good long-term outcomes.
“Barbed Sutures” are locking, absorbable, unidirectional sutures, that are very effective in creating boundaries that are prone to failing during healing. When these boundaries fail, you get bottoming out or sometimes lateralization of the implants.

In this video, I explain how barbed sutures work, why I use them to define inframmamary folds, and how they help to create internal underwires that keep the implant and inframammary scar in their proper position.

Every detail in surgery matters, even the type of suture being used.

One of the biggest misconceptions about the “ballerina implant” look is that it’s only about going smaller. It’s not.

Creating this type of result requires careful attention to implant placement, tissue support, proportions, and how the breasts will age over time. A soft and natural appearance should still have stability and proper support underneath it.

This is why surgical planning should always be based on anatomy and long-term outcomes, not simply trends or photos seen online.

Let’s talk about your options, see you in consultation!

The reality is that not all mesh is the same, and not every patient needs the same type of support. In this video, I explain the differences between options like DuraSorb Mesh, GalaFLEX, and biologic matrices made from processed human or animal tissue.

Each one works differently and is selected based on tissue quality, anatomy, healing, and the goals of surgery. These decisions are part of creating a result that is both safe and long-lasting.

For this patient, a bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc dual plane silicone implants helped create a fuller shape while still keeping a soft, balanced, and natural-looking result. The dual plane technique allows the implant to work with the body’s natural anatomy for smooth contour and beautiful proportion.

Every surgical plan is personalized based on anatomy, goals, and long-term harmony.

If you’ve had a baby and your belly still looks “pouchy” no matter how hard you train, it might not be a fitness problem.
Diastasis recti is a separation of the abdominal muscles that happens during pregnancy. The connective tissue stretches, and sometimes it just doesn’t come back together on its own. The only way to repair is surgycally, and when we do, patients don’t just see a difference. The feel it. Less cack pain, better posture, a core that actually functions.

Upper eyelid skin starts to fold over. Lower lids develop bags that no concealer touches. And people assume it´s just aging, or that they need more sleep, or that a good cream will eventually kick in.

It won’t. Because what you’re seeing is structural.

The puffiness under your eyes? That’s orbital fat that has shifted forward over time. The heaviness on top? That can be excess skin, yes, but also the muscle underneath losing its support.
Blepharoplasty addresses both. Upper and lower. And the results are some of the most natural- looking in all plastic surgery.

If your eyes don’t match how rested or awake you actually feel, let’s talk.

Every time a patient tells me “I’ve tried everything and nothing changes”, the first thing I think is: have we checked for diastasis? Because if the re**us muscles are separated no core routine is going to close that gap. Same goes for breast ptosis or the fat on the body stored during pregnancy for hormonal reasons. A Mommy Makeover isn’t a luxury or giving up, it’s understanding what your body went through and giving it the right solution.
If this resonates with you, let’s start with an honest consultation.

Before any implant goes into the body, it goes through a no- touch technique. That means from the moment it leaves the sterile packaging, I never handle it directly. It goes straigh into an antibiotic solution, then into a funnel system that delivers it into the pocket without any contact with the skin.

Why does it matter? Because skin contact, even gloved hands, introduces bacteria. And bacteria is one of the leading causes of capsular contracture.
It ttakes a few extra steps. But those steps can be the difference between a result that lasts and one that doesn’t.
