Skills Builder Therapy Group Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy We have individual areas for privacy and to attend to the unique needs of each child.

Our occupational and physical therapists design and implement comprehensive programs tailored to the individual needs of each child. Our goal is to develop or restore as much abilities and independence as possible, with activities and toys that make therapy fun. We provide Occupational and Physical Therapy for infants and children at schools, daycare centers, homes, and at our state of the art loc

Proprioception is your child’s “Body Awareness” sense.
While our eyes see where we are, proprioception uses sensors in our muscles and joints to tell the brain exactly where our body parts are and how much force we are using—even with our eyes closed.
Signs a child is struggling:
They might seem clumsy, trip often, or crave “heavy work” (like crashing into sofas or giving “bone-crusher” hugs) because their brain needs more intense signals to feel where their body is.
