Today’s practice was a celebration of the beauty of motherhood in all its forms 🤍
Through grounding into the root chakra and flowing with the creativity and softness of the sacral chakra, we honored the strength, love, intuition, and resilience that mothers carry every day.
A room filled with community, connection, support, and powerful energy. Grateful for every soul who shared this special Mother’s Day practice with us 🌹✨

Today’s Yin was led by a very special birthday girl 🎊 Thank you for spending this magical day with us and thank you for teaching us that we are human BEIngs not human DOIng, and that choosing stillness is an act of rebellion.

This Candlelight New Moon Ceremony will combine New Moon Rituals with a relaxing yoga flow. 🕯🌑🧘🏻‍♀️ It will teach you how to get clear on your intentions and how to create rituals in planting seeds for the future.

We start with a cleansing meditation, we follow with a few creative new moon exercises together - including how to create altars and conduct manifestation rituals. ✨️ We then finish with a relaxing yoga flow. All materials will be provided for the workshop; however, students are encouraged to bring their own crystals or malas, if desired. 📿

Join us to create an amazing yoga experience, honor the lunar rituals, and manifest great things together! 🌟

What a magical weekend ✨
So much growth, so much courage, and so many moments of choosing to step beyond what felt comfortable. Together, we supported one another, challenged ourselves, and leaned into the beauty of the unknown.
This is what the practice is about..coming back to our “why,” reconnecting with what draws us to the mat, and remembering that growth happens when we’re willing to soften and expand at the same time.
Thank you to each and every one of you for showing up with open hearts and brave spirits. This community is something truly special 🤍
