May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Today, I had the pleasure of partnering with Nicole Guzman to introduce and reinforce the importance of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as meaningful tools for mental wellness and self-care. Creating intentional spaces for restoration, reflection, and balance is essential for both personal and professional well-being.
