A little shift in how I’m showing up here.

I’ve been quietly stepping back from Instagram for some time now, and I’m making that shift official.

I’m choosing to create more space for my personal life and the continued evolution of my practice. There are some exciting long-term projects taking shape behind the scenes, and I’m feeling called to give them my time and attention — away from the noise of social media.

Going forward, I won’t be actively using Instagram or monitoring DMs.
