Ever feel overwhelmed, tired, or like your mind just won’t slow down? 💭

Stress and anxiety can show up in so many ways. Overthinking at night, feeling constantly on edge, struggling to focus, or carrying tension in your body without even realizing it.

Sometimes it comes from work, relationships, family, or simply trying to keep up with everything at once.

Even though they feel similar, stress and anxiety are not the same.
Stress is often tied to what’s happening around you.
Anxiety can linger, grow, and start to take over your thoughts and daily life.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

You might notice your anxiety feels louder, your mood shifts quicker, or your thoughts become more negative. Even small things can feel overwhelming when you’re running on little rest.

Sleep is when your mind processes everything you went through during the day. When that doesn’t happen, it’s like carrying yesterday into today without a break.

If you’ve ever felt more sensitive or easily overwhelmed after a bad night’s sleep, there’s a reason for it. Your body is asking you to slow down. 😴
