We had to reschedule this due to a hospitalization, but I’m really looking forward to leading this workshop. If I’m honest, this is the kind of conversation I wish more of us were having earlier... before we’re deep in the daily friction, second-guessing ourselves, and wondering why what we’re doing isn’t landing the way we thought it would.
Most of the parents I work with are not doing anything “wrong.” They’re thoughtful, invested, and trying hard to show up well for their kids. But they’re also navigating completely different advice, different expectations across environments, and real-life moments that don’t look anything like the examples you see online.
That’s where this comes in.
Limits Without Shame isn’t about being stricter or softer. It’s about understanding what’s actually happening underneath behavior and how our responses shape it over time. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s creating more clarity, more consistency, and more connection in the moments that tend to unravel.
We’ll talk about how to respond instead of react, how to hold limits without power struggles, and why alignment across adults matters more than most people realize. Not in theory, but in the way this actually plays out at home, at school, and in the in-between moments that tend to be the hardest.
Would love to have you there. 💙
