Celebrating the people who make our community stronger! 💙💚🧡
South Florida Donor Network was honored to join United Way Miami’s 2026 Celebration of Impact Awards at The Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove, recognizing the volunteers, leaders, and changemakers making a difference throughout Miami.

We are reminded that when we come together with a shared purpose, incredible things happen. At SFDN, that spirit shines through our volunteers, community partners, donor families, and advocates who help spread awareness about organ, eye, and tissue donation and inspire others to save lives.

Thank you, United Way Miami, for bringing our community together to celebrate the power of service and the impact we can make together. Here’s to an even brighter future for Miami in 2027 and beyond!

South Florida Donor Network was proud to join Miami’s Community News for an engaging event featuring University of Miami Men’s Basketball Head Coach Jai Lucas and Assistant Coach Andrew Moran.

The conversation centered on community, camaraderie, and giving back. At SFDN, we know that when people come together around a shared purpose, incredible things happen. Every day, we see the power of generosity and the difference one person can make through organ, eye and tissue donation. 💚💙🧡

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up, support one another, and make a meaningful impact!

The Canes kick off their season November 2, ranked No. 14 in the AP Preseason Top 25 for just the fifth time in program history!

An exciting morning of Panther pride, community connection, and shared purpose! 💙💚🧡

Thank you to Miami’s Community News for hosting a wonderful breakfast featuring FIU President Jeanette Nuñez, Men’s Basketball Head Coach Joey Cantens, and Baseball Head Coach Pete Grifol.

From President Nuñez’s reminder that “It is an exciting time to be a Panther” and FIU’s recognition among the nation’s top 50 public universities, to Coach Cantens’ emphasis on volunteering and creating productive citizens of Miami, and Coach Grifol’s focus on personal development, growth, and becoming your best self early in life, one message resonated throughout the morning: strong communities are built when we invest in people and in one another.

At South Florida Donor Network (SFDN), we see the impact of that investment every day. Our volunteers, donor families, transplant recipients, and community partners help raise awareness, inspire others, and make the lifesaving mission of organ, eye and tissue donation personal. Every conversation can make a difference. Every act of service can create a lasting impact. And every registered donor has the potential to save lives.

Here’s to continuing to build a stronger South Florida through education, service, collaboration, and a shared commitment to saving and healing lives.

🌎💙 Wear Your Heritage: Celebrating the cultures that bring us together! 💚🧡

To close out Hispanic Heritage Month, our South Florida Donor Network team celebrated Wear Your Heritage Day by proudly sharing the cultures, traditions, and stories that make us who we are.

While this month gave us a special opportunity to celebrate Hispanic heritage, our team embraced the occasion to honor all heritages and backgrounds represented within our SFDN family. From cultural traditions to meaningful connections, we were reminded that our differences make us stronger and our shared humanity brings us together.

Just as every culture has a story worth celebrating, every person has a story worth honoring. 💙

At South Florida Donor Network, we’re proud of the diversity that shapes our team and the communities we serve. Together, we celebrate our roots, embrace our differences, and build a stronger community.

Different roots. Shared purpose. One community. 🌎💚
