i know how overwhelming it is to figure out what actually works. there’s so much noise out there. every other post is telling you to try this supplement, buy this gadget, follow this protocol. and if you’re like me, you’ve probably tried it ALL. some of it helped. most of it didn’t. and the cycle of trying, failing, and feeling broken gets exhausting.
so i want to be really clear: i’m not promoting anything. i’m not affiliated with any brand. the things i share here are things i personally use and have noticed a real difference with. that’s it.
and also, let me say this because i think it matters: our brains aren’t going to change. and that’s beautiful. yes, it genuinely is. we’re not trying to fix the adhd. we’re trying to support the brain we actually have so the experience of living in it feels softer. that’s the whole point.
not every habit fails you. some actually help. the key is knowing which ones are supporting your nervous system and which ones are just another rule your brain is going to rebel against.
these are the ones that stuck for me, not because i forced them but because my body actually felt the difference. and when your body feels it, your brain stops resisting.
you don’t need to do all 8. start with whichever one your brain is curious about right now. curiosity is dopamine. and dopamine is how we get things to stick. 🧠
