Although this can be a part of it, human intuition is so much more than that. Through my own self-inquiry I developed what I call soul reading. A way to look at what makes you, you. Together we can explore your strengths, your goals, the challenges you are going through, and how to overcome them in order to live a more authentic and aligned life. Some people are saved by Jesus, I was saved by Haitian spirits.

I can’t unknown what I know. I can’t unsee what I have seen. And I can’t sit back and do nothing while good people suffer.

Not after all that has happened. Not after a crack of injustice turned into a gorge that nearly engulfed an entire people, a people who brought me out of the darkness and into the light in my most dire hour.

Not after the nightmares. The visions. The tears. Oh the tears… buckets and buckets of tears.

All of this has brought me here. Right to this very point. Pwen sa a. The point where the spirits have molded me into someone capable of offering what small, little gift I can. The gift of my time. The gift of my knowledge.

That’s why I started the Knowledge Bank Foundation. It’s my goal to help open the doors that were opened to me, by the goodness of God and whatever sliver of good karma I had tucked away, to whomever I am capable of opening them for.

If you would like to get involved or contribute to sending a small team of people and laptops to Haiti to teach underserved kids and young adults in-demand tech skills that will improve their quality of life, you can do so at the link in my bio 💌

We need money for the local space and staff in Port-au-Prince, a space owned and operated by my dear friend and mentor, Marlene Mathurin. We ARE accepting used and refurbished laptops, if you happen to have one laying around 💻 and we are also looking for volunteers interested in helping a good cause 🙋

We are partnered with the At Risk Children Foundation in Miami who has laid the groundwork to make all of this possible over the last 23 years. Our goal is to have boots on the ground with their help and yours, January 2027 🧑‍🏫

I stopped listening to Abraham Hicks years ago. When the shrill cry of positive living wracked my nervous system of what I knew to be true- things have constantly fell apart around me my entire life. What I thought I knew at the time but hadn’t fully digested is that even when things feel like they’re falling apart, that’s Gods way of keeping me together. Making me stronger. Saturns way of teaching me to bare weight. Plutos way of teaching me how to rebuild from nothing. Uranus’ way of teaching me to lean into the chaos of change. Jupiter’ and Venus’ way of teaching me to find beauty and joy in the breakdown. Mercurys way of teaching me I have to express it. All of these lessons, these ways it felt things were not working out for me was god preparing me. Not for something great. For wholeness. For enough-ness. For knowing that even when things look like they’re not working out, they couldn’t possibly not be, because I’m here now, and that’s exactly where I was always meant to be.

Time to wake up and serve the spirits. In a similar manner to how a good practicing catholic is not to miss a service, neither is a spiritualist. Not only because it is disrespectful (talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth) but also because of the consequences. The ramifications are different but the principle is the same. If spirit expresses the necessity of a working or a service- you do it. It doesn’t matter if you are sick, or tired, or if the neighbor’s dog kept you awake all night. Spiritual service is not a rote ritual without cause. It addresses imbalances, rights wrongs, corrects injustices, redresses disharmony and rights relationships- with ourselves, our custodians, our communities, our karma and our obligations. The majority of the issues people are experiencing today are a direct cause of falling out of harmony with their spiritual lives and ties. Responsibility does not cease to exist because a person refuses to acknowledge it. The terms of engagement are fair, negotiable, and only as demanding as a person can bare. Not divine judgements demanding lavish parties, but divine operators providing grace and intercession if we are only willing to accept it.

Full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces musings
August 27th 11:11PM EDT

A lunar eclipse isn’t a conjunction, it’s an opposition. A tension between the emotional body and the egoic body. Closing the eclipse cycle, it is the end of an era, and the start of something new. Something equally terrifying and exhilarating. A new journey. One fraught with as many pitfalls as opportunities.

The sun is not embarrassed to shine, just as the moon would not think twice to reflect its glorious light.

Every being has the ability to reach spiritual perfection. Grace. Surrender. Not an abrupt, life altering disruption but a soft cool water. One that once you’ve dipped into you can never forget the taste.

So many parts of me are from precious people with whom I had limited exposure. Sure there are the obvious ones- my mother and father, my sisters. But then there are the others. Those blessed beings, many of whom I have known for most of my life. Some longer than others, some not long at all, some I hardly ever even knew or know to this day. All of them, precious pieces of the woven tapestry of my soul. Long delicate fibers; each a delicious, delightful, quirky, joyful, or sorrowful, part of who I have come to consider myself to be. Fibers so precious and beautiful that I gathered them up in my arms and stitched them to my heart.

I sometimes wonder if some of these pieces ever existed at all, or if they were beautiful ideas idealized by an idealistic person. Or perhaps they are reflections of something deeper, something that already existed within me. Activated by the resonance of the exposure, like two tuning forks, one harmonizing to the frequency of the other.

I wish I had something poignant to say with this post, but it’s been a long week of traveling and working and I don’t; other than I’m grateful to have been blessed with this beautiful sunset while visiting my family and I wanted to share it with you all 🧡❤️🩷

This one took me awhile to accept. I always thought I needed to be doing more in order to please my spirits. It turns out, I was doing too much. It finally clicked when I read someone’s words about being in service. The gentleman made a point that there IS such a thing as being too available to spirit, and that overworking with spirits is just as bad as underworking with them. After all, many of their functions and duties in our lives is meant to bring harmony and balance. What good is a lightworker who has been rode hard and hung up wet, compared to one with vital and available energetic resources for their community at large? It is in spirits interest to assist us, not deplete us, in accomplishing aims.

This is true at all levels of spirituality. There’s no rush, no deadline, no report card to create the need for urgency on the spiritual path. When properly expressed, any amount of spiritual growth should increase the quality of your life, not decrease it.

The result is not to be mistaken for less work; the result is quite possibly more work, but it is balanced work, that is spread and distributed across multiple people, spirits, communities, and planes of existence.

Collective energy read for the planet for August 15th and 16th 🌎✨

The blasted oak comes as a combination of the tower and the hanged man. In this deck it is associated with August first on the wheel of the year, hinting that the transformative process of fire and destruction are in alignment with the season.

The fire fractures and burns anything built on unstable ground. The world events we are witnessing (and the personal ones) are not shocking- they are awakening. Like the figure in the card, the spiritual fire awakens us, hanging us in a state of grace with eyes open and secrets exposed.

On a personal level, this reads to me as disaster averted. Use your caution and vision to see through traps that would otherwise thwart your growth, evolution, and plans.

To be a spiritual person means to accept different truths than the majority of society. By proxy, accepting a different reality than the majority of people. The spiritual reality is different, malleable, recursive, equal parts darkness and light. There’s a reason the spiritually gifted get labeled as outcasts and lunatics- because we are. You can’t possibly fit into circles that don’t See what you See. Not because you are better, but because you are on a different wavelength. The truth is, most people aren’t ready to see what you see, or know what you know- that’s what makes you different. Not in ability, but in desire, interest, and a willingness to look beyond the surface.

In Sanskrit there’s a word for this- antevāsin; one who lives on the border. The word alludes to gurus, sages, and mystics immemorial who dwell on the edges of forests, swamps, deserts, and caves. It also alludes to a deeper border, an interior one, one that all antevāsin straddle in order to serve spirit and people alike.

Stability and success are coming, and with a fierce determination you will build a home, where you and yours are always looked after.
