STRESS LESS?

Ths is a nice example of a guided meditation that is relatively simple and easy to enjoy. Meditation is not for everyone, but you may find this beneficial. If your emotions are too intense to participate in this, that's ok. It suggests that the conflict (the argument you are having with yourself) is too distressing and distracting. Psychotherapy can offer you a variety of tools to resolve this conflict. Meditation, (although certainly not required), may be just one of the many resources with which to advance your healing.
