Ready to make life easier to navigate *and* more enjoyable?

We have two ways for you to learn DBT skills so you can start applying them in your life today:

🦋Self-Paced On-demand Course: As of 2025, we have taken the DBT skills training curriculum and turned it into a self-paced online classes. The full course includes the same skills and modules as our live DBT skills training program but is individually delivered and can be completed at your convenience.
🦋Online DBT Skills Groups: We are currently accepting new members into our live, online group, which has a couple of openings coming up on 6/29. The next opening after that won’t be until late August.

Reduced-fee therapy doesn't mean reduced-quality care.

Each year, we train top students from affiliate master's and doctoral programs.

They're inviting, skilled, and supported by our clinical staff every step of the way, which means the care you receive is informed by an expert team.

Sessions with our graduate students are $65, and they're equipped to support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues. They also co-lead our DBT skills groups and offer individual DBT skills training if the group format isn’t a fit for you.

Social anxiety isn't just being shy or nervous in a crowd.

It's the persistent fear that others are watching, judging, and finding you lacking. It’s a lot.

And, as a result, it can quietly shape your life and choices, keeping you from growing and reaching your goals.

The good news is that it's highly treatable.
