June is Men's Mental Health Month.
One of the most common things we hear from men is, "I thought I could handle it myself."
Stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout don't always look the way people expect. Sometimes they show up as irritability, exhaustion, shutting down, or feeling disconnected from the people around you.
You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out for help.
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
