Today is one of the most meaningful days of my life. My 87‑year‑old father, who has vascular dementia, officially moved into Gigi’s Place — our residential assisted living home.

For the past 5½ years, my husband and I have had the privilege of caring for him in our home. There have been ups and downs, laughter and tears, but I wouldn’t trade a single moment. Those years taught me the true meaning of patience, love, and purpose.

Gigi’s Place is my passion project, built from the ground up with him in mind — a home designed for dignity, comfort, and connection. And now, he’ll share it with 15 other wonderful residents who deserve the same warmth and care.

Seeing him settle in today, surrounded by the compassionate caregivers who make this place feel like family, fills my heart with gratitude. This isn’t a facility — it’s a home built with love.

Here’s to new beginnings, cherished memories, and the incredible journey ahead. 💕

We asked our residents and employees what snacks they wanted… and Gigi understood the assignment and delivered! 🛒💜

From sweet treats to salty favorites, our pantry is officially stocked with their requests. Because sometimes it’s the little comforts—like finding your favorite snack waiting for you—that make a place truly feel like home.

Now the real question is… what would you grab first? 👀🍿🍪

As we prepare to welcome our first residents, we’re looking for an LPN who wants to be part of something a little different—a small, home-like environment where you have the time to truly know and care for the people who live here. 💛

Full-Time Night Shift LPN
• 7 PM – 7 AM
• Starting the week of September 1st
• Small, 16-resident community
• Supportive, resident-first team
• Miamisburg, Ohio

We’re looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing both nursing care and hands-on resident care as part of the team.

We received our actual license from the Ohio Department of Health today — a huge step forward in our mission to provide exceptional care right here in the south Dayton area.

And today, we welcomed our 8th resident into our home! Our community is growing, our hearts are full, and we’re grateful for every family who trusts us with their loved one.
