Today, September 8, is —a reminder that help is available when you or someone you care about is facing a mental health or emotional crisis.

At Swanson Center, supporting the mental health of our community is at the heart of what we do. From prevention and early intervention to treatment and crisis services, we work every day to help people find the support they need, when they need it.

The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is an important part of that network of support. By calling, texting, or chatting 988, you can connect with compassionate, judgment-free crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
