We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make our recent American Red Cross Blood Drive at The Elms of Michigan City such a success!

Because of the generosity of our residents, families, team members, and community supporters, we were able to achieve:

🩸 40 donors
🩸 35 lifesaving units collected
🩸 18 Type O units collected (always in high demand!)
🩸 4 first-time blood donors — welcome to the lifesaving community!

We want to hear from you! Every perspective helps us create the best possible experience for our residents and families. As our Resident Satisfaction Surveys are distributed, we encourage everyone to take a few moments to complete and return their survey.

Who completes the survey?
• Independent Living & Assisted Living residents will complete their own survey.
• Family members of Memory Care residents are invited to complete the survey on their loved one's behalf.

Every response helps us celebrate what's working well while identifying opportunities to grow. Your feedback truly makes a difference, and we're grateful for the trust you place in our team each day.
