Shout out to Janey Rego! What a testament to the care you provide. Thank you for caring for our patients like family.

Dear Nancy,
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care that Janey has provided to my mother, Ann Conway. Living in Texas, my connection with Janey over the past few months has been through countless phone calls, texts, and FaceTime sessions, and I can only describe her as truly amazing.
Janey consistently ensures that I am kept informed and up-to-date on my mother's condition and any changes that occur. Her explanations are always clear, compassionate, and easy to understand, and she patiently takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What's more, she willingly explores alternative solutions whenever I ask.
She has navigated some difficult situations with remarkable grace and professionalism, and has also thoughtfully shared many happy moments she's experienced with my mom. Most importantly, Janey has worked tirelessly and with great success to improve my mother's physical and mental comfort. Her dedication has been a great comfort to me, alleviating much of the anxiety of not being physically present.
I sincerely hope that Janey's outstanding contributions are recognized and deeply appreciated. She is a shining example of the exceptional individuals who dedicate themselves to hospice care, and I am eternally grateful for the comfort and unwavering support she provides.
