Yesterday marked Juneteenth, a vital day of reflection, celebration, and honoring the emancipation of enslaved Black Americans. While the calendar holiday has passed, the work of listening, learning, and supporting Black communities never stops.

As a counseling practice, we believe that true healing requires acknowledging both individual and collective history. We are committed to creating safe spaces for these conversations and supporting the mental health and well-being of the Black community today, tomorrow, and every day.
