Somehow we’ve normalized women being told that exhaustion, low libido, brain fog, weight gain, anxiety, painful intimacy, and hot flashes are “just part of getting older.”

I don’t think they should be.

Women deserve to be heard.
Women deserve providers who ask questions.

One of my favorite moments as a provider is comparing a woman’s symptom questionnaire from her first visit to her follow-up. 🤎

Today I had a patient come back after just one month of treatment, and her menopause symptom score dropped from 22 to 12.

That means she went from the severe symptom range into the moderate symptom range in just one month.

While every woman’s journey is different and results vary, this is exactly why I love what I do. Hormone optimization isn’t about chasing perfect lab numbers. It’s about helping women sleep better, think more clearly, have more energy, and finally start feeling like themselves again.
