Join us on Wednesday (TOMORROW) for a Yoga Equity Project fundraiser at American Flatbread in Middlebury. The mission of the Yoga Equity Project is to make healing practices like yoga, mindfulness, and meditation available to everyone who wants to participate. We recognize that due to capitalism, access to healing spaces is severely restricted and unequally distributed, and we want to change that! We believe that all bodies deserve love and nourishment, and everyone should be able to breathe deeply and practice self care. Everyone deserves the time and space to heal. Everyone deserves to feel space and freedom. Whatever people need to be able to practice (a stipend! a yoga mat! a snack! childcare!) can be provided if we work together as a community to make it happen.
