With 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, she’s a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Pelacore Method™ Instructor (Pelvic Core Fitness), and ACE Health Coach. She is currently enrolled in school to add Physical Therapy Assistant to her tool box! Since her collegiate athlete days, she has become a Figure/Bikini Fitness Competitor, Holistic Health Consultant and her most important title, Mom. Her own daily management of Pelvic Dysfunction (post 2 C-Sections), Disc Degenerative Disease & Autoimmune Arthritis has re-created her entire lifestyle. Around ages 13 to 16, something shifts in girls' soccer.

The pressure spikes: ECNL/GA travel schedules, varsity tryouts, school workloads, and the constant fear of falling behind. It’s no coincidence that this exact age window is when we see the highest dropout rates for female athletes.

The hardest part for parents? She usually doesn't say "I'm burnt out."

Instead, she gets quiet on the ride home. Her legs feel heavy. She drags her feet getting ready for practice. Or she suddenly says, "I just don't know if I want to play anymore."

Burnout doesn't mean she lost her passion for the game—it means her physical and mental tank is empty.
