I’ve always had a love and awe for the miracle of conception, labor, and childbirth even before having kids of my own. As a mother of three beautiful babies, my positive and negative birthing experiences solidified my desire to support expecting mothers through their pregnancy journeys. It is now my personal goal to foster peaceful birthing experiences with every momma I have the pleasure of serving.

POV: We disappeared for a little while and came back with full hearts, tan lines, and way too many pictures🇯🇲😂🌴

Jamaica was everything we needed — sunshine, good food, beautiful views, plenty of laughs, and uninterrupted time with a few of my favorite people

Life has been LIFE-ING, so getting away, slowing down, and just enjoying my family was priceless

Came back... and jumped right back into doulaing:
1 postpartum and 1 baby born since we got back 💪🏽
