At Majestic Care of Middletown, we are proud to celebrate the growth of our very own Executive Director, Christian Brummett, as a graduate of Majestic Care's inaugural Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program! 🌟

The AIT Program was created to develop future healthcare leaders through mentorship, hands-on experience, and purposeful leadership development. More than preparing participants for licensure, the program equips future administrators with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to make a lasting impact within their communities.

We are proud to have Christian leading our Middletown community and grateful for the dedication, compassion, and leadership he brings to our residents, families, and Care Team each day.
