Has Reiki been sitting quietly in the background of your life? 🪷

Maybe you completed Reiki training years ago and practiced regularly for a while. Then life got busy, you fell out of the habit, and now you’re not quite sure how to begin again.

That’s one of the reasons I created Reiki Practice & Gathering at Holistic Soul Center.

Once a month, I’ll introduce and guide different Reiki practices, techniques, and exercises. We’ll have time to experience them together, ask questions, share observations, and explore what feels useful in our own Reiki practice.

You do not need to brush up before you come, and it doesn’t matter how long it’s been.

The gathering is open to anyone with Reiki I or higher training, from any Reiki tradition or lineage. You do not need to have trained with me.

And there’s no monthly commitment. Come once, come occasionally, or join us whenever you’d like to reconnect, learn something new, or spend some time with Reiki again.

What does Reiki actually feel like? 🪷

It's one of the questions I get asked the most — and the honest answer is: it's different for everyone.

Some people feel warmth where my hands rest, or heat moving through their body. Others notice tingling, gentle waves, or a soft pulsing sensation.

Many simply drop into deep relaxation — a quiet, meditative state where the breath slows and the mind settles. I've had clients fall asleep during a session and wake up saying it was the most relaxed sleep they've had in a very long time.

Sometimes emotion rises to the surface too: tears, laughter, relief, or just a wave of peace.

Some see colors, images, or symbols. Others feel... nothing unusual at all. And that's completely okay.

Reiki meets you where you need it, not always how and when you expect it to.

I've had clients leave a session saying "I didn't really feel anything," only to message me days later — sleeping better, feeling calmer, handling stress differently, feeling more like themselves again.

Reiki is subtle. Its effects often show up less in the moment, and more in how you feel afterward.

There's no "right" way to experience it. Whatever you feel — or don't — is exactly how it's meant to unfold for you. 💚
