Finger adduction tongs (FAT) - These unusual tongs fit BETWEEN two fingers and use finger adduction and abduction (push together and separate) to work. Unclear? Try this: lay hand flat on the table, palm down, fingers straight out. Now place the tongs in the space between the index and middle finger. Spread fingers to open (abduction), push fingers together (adduction) to close. Eventually try to keep “extra fingers” tucked under and out of the way. Leaving just the thumb, index and middle fingers out. The same fingers needed for writing. As seen on Shark Tank:
