At Community Health Center, we encourage our patients and community members to take a few simple steps to prepare for the next election:

✅ Register to Vote: Check your voter registration and make sure your information is current.
✅ Get to Know Your Ballot: Find out what candidates, questions, and issues will appear on your ballot.
✅ Make a Plan to Vote: Decide when, where, and how you’ll vote, whether that’s in person, early, or by mail where available.
✅ Understand the Process: Learn about voting requirements and what to expect when casting your ballot.
✅ Share with Friends and Family: Encourage the people you care about to get informed and make their own voting plan.

Voting is a personal choice, and our goal is simply to help our community feel informed, prepared, and confident in participating. No matter who you support, taking the time to understand the voting process can help make Election Day a little easier.

Join us in celebrating the opening of CHC’s Urban Greenhouse! 🌱

Community Health Center, Inc. and the Moses/Weitzman Health System invite our community to celebrate this exciting new chapter in connecting healthy food, education, and healthcare.

We’re also excited to introduce Keisha Durden, our new Environmental Education Coordinator and Greenhouse Assistant. Keisha will support environmental education and help bring the greenhouse to life through community programming and hands-on learning.

Come explore the greenhouse and other agricultural and horticultural installations across CHC’s Middletown campus.
