Seems like this summer is flying by! It's hard to believe we are talking about the Fall Session already. Hope you are able to slow down and enjoy the delights the end of summer brings.

Our Summer Session closes on August 23 - so please use your summer passes prior to that date. Passes for the Fall Session are available for purchase here: https://mountainspirityoga.com/.

The Mountain Spirit Yoga studio is closed for Summer Break from August 24 through August 30. We take this time to refresh the studio and give our teachers a break.
