Full job description:

We are seeking a Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team! Vibrant, well established chiropractic practice seeking hard working team player. As well as being self-motivated and a quick learner, we are looking for candidates that are friendly, cheerful, self-confident and uplifting to others. You will perform routine administrative and patient support tasks to keep the chiropractic office running smoothly. Applicants should have some general computer skills otherwise we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient flow and telephone traffic
Perform routine clinical tasks to support chiropractor
Perform posture screenings with doctor and patients
Learn how to utilize Electronic Health Records(EHR)and Scheduling

Hours are MWF 7:15AM-12:45pm, 2:15pm-6:45pm & Tuesday 1:30pm-7pm (appx. 35 hrs/week)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields helpful but not required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Applicants should have some general computer skills otherwise we will train the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
