​When someone leaves a team, it’s easy to think the biggest impact is felt in the office—scrambling to adjust schedules or reassign tasks. But in the home services industry, the reality is very different.

​When a caregiver or service provider leaves with little to no notice, the people who feel it most aren't the office staff. It’s our clients.

​For many of the individuals and families we serve, consistency is everything. They build trust with their caregivers, rely on familiar faces for their daily routines, and look forward to those visits.
