This is a reminder of our cancellation and no-show policy.

I love every client dearly, and it is not fair to clients I turned down or left on the waitlist when someone doesn’t show or same day cancels (aside from emergencies).

Same day cancellation is the same as a no show for us. I can’t fill that time slot in that short of notice and I don’t get paid even though I’m at work.

Cancelling SOME services same day is the same result. For example, if you booked multiple services with a 2hr time slot, and you come in and say you only want a brow wax that has just a 20 min time slot, that is still a same day cancellation. That is now a 1.5hr time gap and loss of income on my end.

ALWAYS communicate with me if something has come up. Our cancellation policy is 72 hrs, as that gives me time to use my waitlist or post and find someone to take your slot. If the slot is taken with the same service time, FULLY filling the slot, then I don’t charge the cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and no-shows are both a 100% service fee. Cancellations between 72-24hrs ahead of time are a 50% fee if the time slot is not filled by another client.

I often reschedule clients outside of my working hours if I can, to accommodate them so that they still get to feel relaxed and confident without having to wait several weeks.

I truly appreciate you all for wanting to be serviced by my hands and work, and I want to be able to do so for a long time, and that means having policies in place that allow us all to work together.
