Re-introducing Jessica Jaycox, LMSW
If you’ve ever wondered whether therapy can actually fit your life—not the other way around—Jessica already approaches her work with that in mind.
Jessica is a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker who has spent the past five years working with individuals and families across in-home, private practice, and community-based mental health settings. That range of experience shows up in how she practices: flexible, practical, and centered on what each person actually needs.
Her approach is person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. She pays attention to what’s already working, while helping clients navigate the parts that feel stuck or overwhelming.
Jessica works across the lifespan—from infants and parents to children, teens, and adults—and has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, ADHD, autism, body image, and self-esteem challenges.
Her style is steady, approachable, and focused on creating a space where people don’t feel rushed or judged. She believes that meaningful change starts with meeting people where they are, and building from there in a way that feels manageable and real.
You don’t need a perfectly clear goal or the “right words” to begin. Showing up as you are is enough.
