Spiritual Empowerment, a night of intuition discovery, meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd Monday of every month. The night consists of group discussions and empowering activities. Discussions about embracing your spirituality and the many forms of expression that it can take. As you discuss your experiences you begin to understand your own gifts and how to enhance and incorporate these gifts in your everyday life. This mix of discussion, Q&A, and meditation assists in your spiritual growth, the growth that you desire and is meant to be. Opening to Spirit is exciting and empowering. Donation Based.

Angie approaches emotional and spiritual healing with the intent to cultivate, repair, and restore balance in mind, body, and soul. Angie has studied shamanic practices and traditions for 10 years. She is also an Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master. In addition, she is trained in Intuitive Shamanic Bars, which works to allow individuals to release what does not serve them. She is also a hospice volunteer and a death midwife. Finally, Angie earned a Master's Degree in Literature from Central Michigan University in 2018 and is a teacher and writer. Angie works with individuals, as well as clearing and blessing lands, homes and spaces.

Rest, Relax, and Receive the healing vibrations of sound frequencies created by instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Wind Chimes, and more. In this Sound Bath, you may experience a release of physical tension and mental stress, creating beautiful space for serenity and tranquility to fill every part of your being. May you return back to harmony and wholeness within your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Feel free to wear whatever clothes you are comfortable in and bring anything such as an eye pillow or weighed blanket for extra comfort. Please be sure to show up 10 minutes early so you have time to pay and find your spot on the floor.
