At Heritage Care Advocates, we have the privilege of working alongside some of the most compassionate caregivers in our community. Today, we are asking the Permian Basin to come together for one of our own.

Roxana Bailey has dedicated her life to caring for others. As a caregiver, she has brought comfort, dignity, and compassion to countless families during some of their most difficult moments. Clients and families consistently describe her as loving, dependable, hardworking, and someone who treats those in her care as if they were family. Many have shared that her kindness and dedication made an immeasurable difference in their lives.
Now, Roxana's family is facing an unimaginable crisis.

On June 12, her husband, Isaac, suffered critical injuries during the tragic shooting in Midland. He remains hospitalized after multiple emergency surgeries and faces a long and difficult road to recovery. The injuries are extensive, and he will be unable to work for an extended period of time.

As a devoted wife and mother of five children, Roxana is balancing caring for her husband, supporting her children, and navigating the overwhelming financial burden that comes with a medical crisis of this magnitude.

Heritage Care Advocates has organized this fundraiser on behalf of the Bailey family, and we are asking our Permian Basin community to rally around them during this time of tremendous need.

Update:

At 2:04

He is back in his room after surgery this morning. But they did not close him up and he's still hooked up to all the tubes. She's waiting for the surgeon to come in and talk to her

They have been leaving his incision open since they keep having to go back in and do more surgeries

Update:

Today’s update

He is doing okay. His wife said he looks much better today and has good color. His blood pressure and other vital signs are stable, and he is maintaining them on his own. The ventilator is currently being used because of the medically induced coma.

The medical team is closely monitoring him and deciding whether surgery will take place today or tomorrow. The encouraging news is that after the surgery, they expect to begin weaning him off the medically induced coma so he can wake up.

Today, I am asking for prayers and support for one of our own.

A member of our Heritage Care Advocates family is facing an unimaginable situation after her husband was critically injured in the tragic shooting in Midland. He remains in critical condition and has a long road of recovery ahead.
